ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner by way of interfering with the matter which is purely civil in nature. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the State. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that neither a case registered nor a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner as on today. He would further submit that the petitioner's appearance is not at all required by the respondent Police. Hence, there is no scope of harassment as alleged by the petitioner.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
