This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere in the existing civil dispute between the petitioners and the fourth respondent.

2. Today, Mr.R.Ramasamy, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Thiruvonam Police Station, Thanjavur District, is present before this Court.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1, 2 and 3.

4. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that there is no complaint pending against the petitioners from Ponnammal in Thiruvonam Police Station. However, the petitioners had given a complaint against the third respondent. Based on the complaint, enquiry in CSR.No.141 of 2017 has been conducted and closed.

5. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
