ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.08.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the proposed accused had received a sum of Rs.1,50,000/-(Rupees one lakh and fifty thousand only) from the petitioner on 28.05.2009, assuring to get employment in abroad, however subsequently, he did not keep up his words. Thereby, he cheated the defacto complainant. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has appeared before the second respondent in person, but the second respondent, instead of properly investigate the case, harassed the petitioner. So, the petitioner would not get justice, if the investigation is done by the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that due to the non-co-operation of the petitioner, there is no progress in the investigation.

6.Considering the rival submissions, the first respondent, the Superintendent of Police, Trichy District is directed to transfer the cast to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Thuvarankurichi for further investigation.

7.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
