RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to set aside the condition No.2 alone made in CRL MP(MD)No.625 of 2017 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, dated 27.03.2017 and modify the same.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (criminal side), on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondent/State. 2.The trial Court has passed an order granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in Cr.M.P.No.625 of 2017 on 27.03.2017 with condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a continuous period of 30 days and that the order is very specific.

3.Now, the petitioners have come forward with this petition for modification of the above said condition No.2. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that it appears to be that of a civil dispute.

5.It is not known what transpires in the mind of the Court while passing such kind of specific order and therefore, if the petitioner is aggrieved over the same, he can very well approach the lower Court for getting the condition modified. Hence, this Court is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
