J U D G M E N T

*********** [Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] We do not find any merit in this Writ Appeal. The learned Single Judge has merely directed the appellant to consider the claim of the first respondent to the post of Sanitary Worker in any of the existing vacancy and pass appropriate orders. While doing so, the list of candidates sent by the District Employment Officer along with the seniority list was also taken note of. Hence, the Writ Appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks time to comply with the order.

3. In view of the same, post the Writ Appeal on 20.11.2018 "for reporting compliance".
