O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking modification of condition No.2 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1023 of 2016 by learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Madurai on 02.09.2016 in respect of appearing before respondent police daily. 2.Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in the bail order, petitioner was directed to appear before respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. Petitioner is 70 years old lady and she is suffering from various ailments and due to that she is not even able to walk. Hence, he sought for modification of the bail condition No.2.

3.Heard learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on the said submissions.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances, the condition No.2 imposed by the Court below is modified to the effect that petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
