Prayer in SA(MD) No.512 of 2015:

To set aside the judgement and decree dated 22.01.2010 in A.S.No.586 of 2004 on the Additional Subordinate Judge, Dindigul reversing the judgment and decree dated 30.06.2003 in O.S.No.216 of 2002 on the file of the Iind Additional District Munsif, Dindigul. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SANKARAPANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to set aside the order dated 09.03.2022 made in SA(MD)No.512 of 2015 which was dismissed by this Court and restore the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner / sole appellant died.
