ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court under orders in Crl.O.P.(MD) Nos.6187 and 5136 of 2015. He would further submit that the petitioner, having suffered kidney ailment and having undergone kidney transplantation, could not comply with the condition and hence, the present petition has been filed.

2. Considering the peculiar circumstance, this Court would extend the time, for executing sureties as per earlier orders dated 07.07.2016 made in Crl.O.P.Nos.6187 and 5136 of 2015, for two weeks from today.
