SIDE) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners, who are arrayed as accused, pray for the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC in Crime No.15 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the 1st petitioner has canvassed the de facto complainant to give donation for physically challenged children and also promised to make registration of house plots. Based on which, the de facto complainant donated Rs.37 lakhs on various dates. Further the petitioner totally collected more than one crore from various persons, but, failed to do so. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

5.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that investigation is pending.

6.On consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
