ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.706 of 2016 before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Dindigul District.

2.This Court by order, dated 09.04.2021, directed the respondent to produce the CD file with regard to the fact that the defacto complainant received the notice on 23.01.2019, which was disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner duly received the referred charge-sheet notice in Crime No.706 of 2016 as early as on 24.01.2019 and the referred charge-sheet is very much available with the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Dindigul.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that with regard to the same, protest petition has already been filed before the concerned Court and it is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
