This petition has been filed praying to direct the first and second respondents to file the final report in Cr.No.200 of 2012, Cr.No.103 of 2013, Cr.No.80 of 2014 and Cr.No.142 of 2014 on the file of the respondent within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires six months time to complete the investigation.
4. Recording the submission made, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
