Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents/State.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation in Cr. No.322 of 2016 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul and the same has not yet been taken on file.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
