Mr.K.V.Rajarajan Government Advocate (Crl.side) COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed seeking modification of the conditions imposed by the Courts below. 2.Learned counsel for petitioner submits that after arrest petitioner was implicated in 16 cases. In those cases petitioner was directed to appear before different police stations and different Courts. In the present cases petitioner was asked to appear before Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichirapalli, Airport Police Station, Trichirapalli, Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai and Peelamedu Police Station, Coimbatore. It is impossible for him to appear before the said Courts and Police Station on the same day. In most of the cases, petitioner is appearing before the Somarasmpettai Police Station. Hence, he prays for modification of the conditions imposed in these petitions.

3.Heard learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on the said submissions.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances, the conditions imposed by the Courts below is modified to the effect that petitioner shall appear before the Somarasampetti Police Station in respect of all the cases daily thrice at 10.00 a.m., 2.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders.
