ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, Police would submit that petition 1/3

enquiry is pending in CSR.No.155 of 2024, dated 12.04.2024 and no case has been registered as against the petitioner. He would further submit that the respondent called the petitioner for enquiry and apart from that, they have not harassed the petitioner as stated by the petitioner.

2. Since no case has been registered as against the petitioner as on date, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. If the petitioner is required for enquiry, the respondent is at liberty to issue summon to the petitioner and the petitioner has to appear before the respondent Police for enquiry purpose. Till such time, the respondent Police shall not arrest the petitioner.
