ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to issue order to transfer the investigation in connection with complaint dated 16.02.2023, 20.02.2023 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent to the 5th respondent or any other competent authority.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police would submit that after filing of this petition, FIR have been registered in Crime Nos. 41 and 42 of 2023 and hence, the matter has become infructuous.
