ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Writ by directing the Respondents No.1 and 2 to take appropriate legal action by considering the Representation dated 18.02.2026 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he had already given a representation as against one Vetrimalai S/o.Naganathan. However, no action has been taken. Hence, seeking indulgence of this Court, this Writ Petition is filed.

3. Learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) placed before this Court, the closure report in this regard, where the petitioner as well as the accused person namely Vetrimalai, were enquired. Both the parties have admitted that the money transaction between the petitioner and the said Vetrimalai was nothing but a business transaction and as a result of which the respondent police has closed the same by recording that the petitioner's version as an exaggerated one.
