ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 118(1) & 351(3) of BNS, 2023 (U/s 294(b), 324 & 506(ii) of IPC), in Crime No.Not known of 2026, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that as of now no case / no enquiry is pending against the petitioner. Hence, apprehension of arrest does not arise.
