ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner / A1, who was arrested on 11.08.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 342, 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC @ Section 307 IPC in Crime No.763 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that when the petitioner was riding his two wheeler in a rash and negligent manner, the de facto complainant questioned the same and hence, the petitioner along with other accused attacked the de facto complainant with knife. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in custody from 11.08.2016 onwards. 4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that no previous case is pending against the petitioner and injured person has been discharged from the hospital.

the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required. sd/- 26/09/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
