ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 to A3 were arrested and remanded to Judicial custody on 05.04.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 324 and 307 IPC., in Crime No.103 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. The petitioners, who have gathered in front of the defacto complainant's house, pursuant to the guarrel in the temple procession, have stabbed the defacto complainant with knife and when the brother of the defacto complainant came to rescue the defacto complainant, he was also stabbed by the petitioners. The continuous attack indicates the cruel intention of the petitioners. The injured was admitted in the hospital on 05.04.2017 and got discharged only https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ on 14.04.2017. Since investigation is not yet completed, this Court

is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
