1. That the award of the Arbitrator , dated.1.11.2013.as confirmed by the Arbitration Tribunal , the Principal District Judge,Madurai in Arbitration Original Petition.

No.1 of 2014,dated.8.11.2016 be and hereby is confirmed in sofar as the claim amount,

2. That the rate of interest be and hereby is reduced to 10% p.a.from 12% p.a.

3. That this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal be and hereby is disposed of with cost.
