The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner is the de-facto Complainant in Cr.No.5 of 2020 pending on the file of the District Crime Branch, Madurai, The Petitioner had filed this Petition seeking direction against the Respondent to complete the investigation and to lay final report.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions from the Respondent submitted that the investigation had been completed and final report had been laid before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Madurai in E.Filing No.C.C.5273/23/TNMD07005356/2023.
