Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SATHISH BABU N, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4312 of 2023 dated 06.03.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition in Para No.6 imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4312 of 2023, dated 06.03.2023 is modified to the effect that 'Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.4644 of 2023 his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act Cases, Thoothukudi."
