The present civil revision petition stands disposed of at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case considering the fact that no adverse orders proposed to be passed against the respondents.
2. The prayer sought for in this petition is only for direction to dispose the I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.406 of 2011 pending before the Principal Sub Judge, Trichirapalli,
3. Considering the above, there shall be a direction to the Principal Sub Judge, Trichirapalli, to dispose I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.406 of 2011 preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of a receipt of copy of this order.
