The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the HMOP No.301 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court Judge, Madurai and transfer to the Family Court, Tirunelveli for disposal of the same in accordance with law

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Mr.Viji, learned counsel representing Mr.P.Suriliraja learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent has decided to withdraw the HMOP No. 301 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai and he has also filed a memo to that effect before this Court dated 10.08.2021.
