ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give appropriate direction to the 3rd respondent, not to interfere with the civil dispute, prevailing between the petitioner and 4th and 5th respondents. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the third respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6476 of 2022 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submits that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant against the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and closed. The same is recorded.

4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the third respondent shall not call the petitioner, in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
