ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 420 I.P.C., in Crime No.20 of 2014, on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. The case of the prosecution is that A1 was running a Chit Fund, in which the petitioner is a collecting agent and they have cheated the amount of the defacto complainant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that already A1 was granted anticipatory bail by this Court. 5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the accused have cheated the amount of the defacto complainant to the tune of Rs.6,00,000/- and the amount is not yet recovered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. Taking note of the fact that serious offence is said to have been committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to
