BY THE 1ST RESPONDENT/MOTHER) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue an order of interim stay all further proceedings in M.C.No.60 of 2018 , dated 17/02/2020 on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai, pending disposal of this Criminal Revision Petition and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.JOHN, Advocate for the petitioner, while admitting the Criminal Revision Petition, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to issue an order of interim stay all further proceedings in M.C.No.60 of 2018, dated 17.02.2020, on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai, pending disposal of this Criminal Revision.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is ready to deposit the arrears of maintenance as well as monthly maintenance for the minor daughter and prayed for a stay order.

3. In view of the undertaking given by the petitioner's counsel, interim stay is granted, on condition that the petitioner has to deposit the entire arrears of maintenance amount for the minor daughter within a period of two months from the date of this order and to pay the monthly maintenance amount for the minor daughter on or before 10th of every English Calender month, failing which, the interim stay granted shall stand automatically vacated without any further reference to this Court.
