ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to refund the excess amount collected towards the registration of the amendment in the trust deed, along with interest at the rate of 12% from 21.08.2020.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner wanted to carry out some amendments to the existing trust deed and the third respondent had illegally collected a sum of Rs.15,778/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy Eight only) towards stamp duty registration fees and other expenses. W.P.(MD).No.7771 of 2021 petitioner, he is not liable to make this payment and hence, has sought for refund of the amount.

The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has been taken on file by the third respondent and the third respondent will respond to the representation by way of passing an order within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass orders within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
