2.Heard both sides.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, we are of the considered view that this petition can be allowed.

4.Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is allowed. 5.The Registry is directed to return Exs.B.3, B.4, B.5, B.10, B.11, B.12, B.13 and B.14 marked in O.S.No.54 of 2004 on the file of the District Court, Sivagangai, pending disposal of the above appeal, by way of substituting photo copies of the above mentioned exhibits.
