This Criminal Original Petition is filed challenging the proceedings in S.T.C.No.331 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam, Thoothukudi District.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to the filing of the Criminal Original Petition, the accused in S.T.C.No.331 of 2019, namely, the petitioner, was discharged on 27.07.2022 under Section 258 CrPC.
