2.It appears that the private respondents herein have approached the second respondent for issuance of "No Objection Certificate" for setting up a petroleum outlet. The petitioner has objection. The second respondent shall take into account the petitioner's objection before passing final order on the application for issuance of "No Objection 2/4

Certificate". Whatever be the order passed by the second respondent, the same shall be immediately communicated to the petitioner also. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
