This petition has been filed to call for the records of the respondent, the Commissioner of Municipality, Sivagangai vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.571/2012/A2 dated 15.03.2017 and quash the same.

2. When this Court was about to dismiss the petition, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the appropriate forum and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
