Writ Petition is filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to register the petitioner sale deed dated 10.02.2026 based on token No.1(D201) TP/250409485/2026 dated 13.02.2026 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to register the petitioner's sale deed, dated 10.02.2026 based on token No.1(D201) TP/250409485/2026 dated 13.02.2026.

2.The case of the petitioner is that when the petitioner has duly taken an appointment vide the above token, the Sub-Register did not even receive the sale deed and the petitioner is being harassed and forced to run pillars to post.

3.The same is factually denied by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the Sub-Register. 4.In view of the factual assertion and denial, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:

(i)Without waiting for the certified copy of the order, with the web copy of the order, let the petitioner be present in the offices of the respondent on 12.03.2026 at 10.00 a.m., and let the document be received and be processed for registration in accordance with law. If there is no impediment, the document shall be registered. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
