The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 07.01.2023, passed by the Arbitrator, Arbitral Tribunal, Madurai, under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. It cannot be construed to be an order amenable to the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. In any event, the petitioner has an appellate remedy before the appellate Court 1/3

under Section 37(2)(b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy under Section 37(2)(b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before the appellate Court within a period of one week from today.
