ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to issue the Work Site Visit Certificate.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation in this regard has been received and that the Work Site Visit Certificate will be issued to the petitioner today. The said submission is placed on record.

3. In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to issue the Work Site Visit Certificate to the petitioner forthwith. 2/4
