Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the petitioner/wife and the respondent/husband are present before this Court. The petitioner submitted that she applied for transfer from Chennai to Madurai. In the circumstances, she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition with liberty to file fresh petition, if necessary. The petitioner and her counsel have also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the endorsement made by the petitioner and her counsel, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed with liberty to file fresh Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, if necessary. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
