ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking Mandamus forbearing the respondents from laying road in the petitioner's land in Town S.No.1495/1,2,3 and 4 Ward No.5, Block No.23, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul, without acquiring the petitioner's land in accordance with the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act 30 of 2013).

2. When the matter came up for hearing, it is informed by the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, that in respect of the very same subject matter, the petitioner has obtained a decree and the decree is in execution. The petitioner shall work out her remedy in the execution proceedings.

3. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
