This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to respondent not to harass the petitioner. 3.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that in this case, petition enquiry was conducted and thereafter, it was closed. He produced a copy of the Closure Report into the Court.
4. In view of the same, there is no necessity to issue a direction in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, the same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for the relief in accordance with law.
