ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first respondent to take necessary steps to withdraw the petitioner's complaint dated 22.12.2023 in CSR.No.433 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent Police, the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District and transfer the same to some other investigation agency.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was initiated in CSR.No.433 of 2022 and the same is pending and that despite issuance of summons, the third respondent had not turned up and the petitioner had also not turned up.
3.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner as well as the third respondent and 2/4
complete the enquiry, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
