ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the tender process has been cancelled in view of the default committed by the successful tenderers. The respondents proposed to conduct a fresh auction after the general election is concluded. The third respondent has given a written instructions dated 08.04.2024 in this regard. 2/4

2.Recording the said stand, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
