ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner/wife with a prayer to withdraw the case in HMOP No.198 1/4

of 2021 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Tenkasi, Tenkasi District and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli.

2.Inspite of notice being served, the respondent has not appeared before this Court.

3.Upon considering the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it is seen that the petitioner/wife is residing along with her parents at Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District along with her two children also. Considering the hardship which is pleaded, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 18.07.2024 NCC : Yes / No sji 2/4
