O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 2 and 3/Accused Nos.1 and 2 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram in Cr.M.P.No.2856 of 2016, dated 14.12.2016 and consequently direct the first respondent to arrest them within a stipulated time.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner vehemently submitted that after obtaining anticipatory bail, the respondents 2 and 3 are not co-operating with the investigation process and are also attempting to commit further offences and therefore, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner may be cancelled.

4. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.30 of 2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram.

5. In view of said submission, this petition is dismissed and the respondents 2 and 3/Accused Nos.1 and 2 are directed to appear before the Court concerned on the hearing dates as soon summons are served on them.
