Ponraman, S/o.Andiyappa Gounder instead of A.Kondaraman, S/o.Andiyappa Gounder, in Natham Patta No.140 to an extent of 0.59 Ares in Natham S.F.No.552/26, Old S.F.No.440 of Porunthalur Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District, based on the petitioners application dated 22.07.2025 within time frame fixed by this Court. 1/4

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS directing the 1st respondent to correct the petitioner's father name as A. Ponraman, S/o.Andiyappa Gounder instead of A.Kondaraman, S/o.Andiyappa Gounder, in Natham Patta No.140 to an extent of 0.59 Ares in Natham S.F.No. 552/26, Old S.F.No.440 of Porunthalur Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District, based on the petitioner's application dated 22.07.2025 within time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner relied on the death certificate issued by the competent authority for the said A. Ponraman. The learned Government Advocate submitted that further documentation is necessary to ascertain the name of the petitioner's father. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit the legal heir certificate of A. Ponraman, S/o Andiyappa Gounder, to the respondents. The certificate shall be produced within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks thereafter. 2/4
