ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the controller post of the fourth respondent and place suitable post and consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2025. 2.This Court, having taken note of the case of the petitioner, directed the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 to get instructions as to how the fourth respondent can be continued in the post of Controller.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 placed before this Court a copy of the proceedingsdated 23.03.2026 whereby the fourth respondent was relieved from the post of Controller and he was posted as Driver.
4.In the light of the said proceedings dated 23.03.2026, the relief sought in this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, by placing the said proceedings dated 23/3/2026 on record, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
