ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court by order dated 27.09.2016 granted interim anticipatory bail by imposing conditions and directed to post the matter on 18.10.2016. On 18.10.2016, the interim anticipatory bail dated 27.09.2016 was made absolute.

2. Today the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the crime number was not mentioned in the order, the petitioner was unable to comply with the conditions. He procued FIR copy to that effect.

3. In view of the above, Registry is directed to incorporate crime number as Crime No.908 of 2016 under Sections 294(b), 323,341,448,427 and 506(i) IPC and issue fresh order copy.

4. For complying the conditions imposed, time is extended by two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready. The petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at10.30 am until further orders.
