Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner at the time of measuring the petitioner's land on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner on 20.09.2016 and pass any such orders.

O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking for police protection at the time of measuring his land, on the basis of the representation given by him on 20.09.2016 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, would submit that the second respondent Police, on the cost of the petitioner, is ready to give police protection.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to bear the entire cost for giving police protection, as per his representation, dated 20.09.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The

second respondent police shall provide police protection to the petitioner's land, at the time of measuring, on the representation of the petitioner dated 20.09.2016 on merits and in accordance with law.
