ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.64 of 2022, on the file of the second respondent Police Station to any other competent person, consequently direct him to file a final report before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that during pendency of this petition, upon completion of investigation, the second respondent filed charge sheet, which was taken on file in C.C.No.462 of 2022 by the Judicial Magistrate, Boothapandi. 3.In view of the above, no further order is required in this petition.
