This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the F.I.R. based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 08.08.2016. 2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.1454 of 2016 under Sections 406, 468 and 420 I.P.C. by the second respondent Police.
