This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 to call for the records in M.C.No.50 of 2015 on the file of the Additional Mahila Cum Judicial Magistrate, Madurai and quash the same.

ORDER:

This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requistion letter submitted by the Judge, Family Court, Madurai, vide the letter in D.No.137 of 2019 dated 13.02.2019, this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in M.C.No.80 of 2018. 2.This Court has already allowed the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 25.10.2018 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in M.C.No.80 of 2018 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, four months time is granted for disposing the case in M.C.No.80 of 2018.
