Respondent Prayer: Petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., to withdraw the original suit in O.S.No.134 of 2014 before the learned District Munsif, Keeranur and to transfer and try along with original suit in O.S.No.227 of 2008 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Manapparai. ORDER

This petition is to transfer the suit in O.S.No.134 of 2014 from the Court of District Munsif, Keeranur and to the Court of the learned District Munsif, Manapparai.

2.It seems that the result of the suit in O.S.No.134 of 2014 pending before the learned District Munsif, Keeranur will have its repercussion in O.S.No.227 of 2008 pending before the learned District Munsif, Manaparai.

3.Parties as well as the properties are connected and thus if suits are tried by two different Courts there is possibility of conflict of judgment. Respondent has no objection for the transfer. In as much as the suits in Manapparai has become part heard. It would be beneficial to both side for the quick disposal of both the suits. 4.In the circumstances, this Tr. C.M.P.is allowed. The suit in O.S.No.134 of 2014 is transferred from the Court of District Munsif, Keeranur to the Court of District Munsif, Manappari. The District Munsif, Keeranur is directed to send the entire records in O.S.No.134 of 2014 to District Munsif, Manapparai. The learned District Munsif, Manapparai shall dispose of the suits within 4 months from the date of receipt of case records from the District Munsif, Keeranur. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.is closed.
